Omaha Rules
Equipment:
  1. a deck of 52 cards

  2. dealer button

  3. small blind button

  4. big blind button

Setup:
  1. A minimum of 2 players and a maximum of 10 players.

  2. Have everyone randomly pick out a card and the highest card is the dealer and has the dealer button in front, the second highest card is the small blind (which sits to the left of the dealer and has the small blind button in front), the third highest card is the big blind (which sits to the left of the small blind and has the big blind button in front), the fourth highest card sits to the left of the big blind, etc.

Game Flow:
  1. The small blind player and the big blind player submit their corresponding blinds.

  2. The Dealer deals the card starting from the left. The small blind gets the first card and the cards get dealt clockwise. Each player gets 4 cards dealt face down.

  3. The player left to the big blind is the first to act and can either call the big blind, fold, or raise. Players take turn betting in a clockwise fashion.

  4. After the betting round is complete, the dealer takes away the first card and opens the following 3 cards onto the table. This is called the flop.

  5. The small blind is the first to act and can either fold or bet. Players take turn betting in a clockwise fashion.

  6. After the betting round is complete, the dealer takes away the first card and opens the next card onto the table. This is called the turn card.

  7. The small blind is the first to act and can either fold or bet. Players take turn betting in a clockwise fashion.

  8. After the betting round is complete, the dealer takes away the first card and opens the next card onto the table. This is called the river card.

  9. The small blind is the first to act and can either fold or bet. Players take turn betting in a clockwise fashion.

  10. The players who did not fold compete for the pot. The player with the best 5 card hand (this is a combination of EXACTLY 2 out of the 4 faced down cards the players have and EXACTLY 3 out of the 5 cards from the flop, turn and river card, on the table) wins the pot.
